In the report, description of apparatus and methods for complex researches of positional, photometric and spectral observations is presented. Methods, apparatus and programs for new method of dynamic spectroscopy of celestial bodies as well as results of experimental researches are discussed. Software for dynamical spectral processing with personal computers has been created. In the present work a few search sessions and positional observations of the small bodies were conducted. The results of researches and calculations were tabulated and included in international catalogues. To add data concerning physical properties of the small bodies in our Planetary system positional, photometric and spectral observations of selected asteroids and comets were regularly fulfilled. Data for more than a hundred such objects operatively passed to Minor Planet Center.
