Purpose of the work: the basic tasks of the feasibility study development are as follows: - estimation of financial viability of construction of the Plant for Nuclear Fuel Pro-duction in Ukraine; - selection of the site for the Plant construction, which meets the set criteria and requirements; - substantiation of basic technical decisions on nuclear fuel production tech-nology; - estimation of the Nuclear Fuel Production Plant impacts on the environment during normal operation and accidents; - estimation of basic technical-and-economical indexes of the work of the enterprise. Methods of the research are feasibility study. Results of the research: - the site of the plant is determined; - the feasibility study for the Nuclear Fuel Production Plant construction is developed. Results of the work - the feasibility study which proved the expedi-ence of the Nuclear Fuel Plant construction in Ukraine has been developed. Prognosis sugges-tions on development of the subject of the research: further development of the project docu-ments for the Nuclear Fuel Plant construction.
