The purpose of the executed works is topographical survey of the territory of the supposed location of the Plant and communications passed to it. Method of the research is topographical survey in scale of 1:500 executed by tacheometric method with the section of the relief in 0.5 m on the area of 45 ha in the set limits. The Nuclear Fuel Plant being designed is referred to the objects, which pose an enhanced ecological danger according to Appendix E of the state building norms DBN A.2.2-1-2003. It determines responsibility and novelty of the executed work. From the results of the topographical survey, the location of the building complex, access roads and communication passageways will be selected within the approved site of construction of the Plant for Nuclear Fuel Production for the reactors of VVER-1000 type.
