The main aim of the work was the study of biological effect of cryopreserved fragments of organs at different pathological states and peptide regulation of reparative regeneration processes. The main research methods were spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric, differential scanning calorimetry, gel-penetrating chromatography, electron microscopy, contact vital microscopy, biochemical, histological. During the research there was established the fact of a direct interaction of combined extracts with albumin, manifesting in its conformational changes and rise in total cooperativity of albumin molecules' melting. It has been found that the binding sites on albumin molecule are common for the probe K-35 and combined extracts. Application of cryohepatodestruction and the extracts of liver and spleen cryopreserved fragments in the rats with experimental cirrhosis terminates the processes of sclerotization of cirrhotically changed liver, normalizes the vascular channel and contributes to a renewal of histological structure and some functions of a damaged organ. Combined application of cryohepatodestruction and periarterial cryodenervation of a. hepatica on the background of experimental cirrhosis stimulates the renewal of functional activity of impaired liver in earlier terms, namely it contributes to the normalization of the level of hepatic aminotransferases, as well as the one of bilirubin and activity of alkaline phosphatase. It has been established that peptide composition of the extracts of rat's skin depends on trauma type. Introduction of the extract of piglets' skin or pigs' spleen into abdominal cavity of rats changes the peptide composition of the extract of normal skin, accelerates the healing of cold traumas and normalization of molecular mass spectra of the substances of peptide origin in he extracts of traumatized skin. The obtained by means of fluorescent spectroscopy data testify to the fact that qualitative analysis of peptide composition of tissue extracts can be sued when studying the peptide regulation of wounds' healing. The findings can be used to reveal the regulation mechanisms for physiological and reparative regeneration with the substances of peptide origin.
