The research aim was to study the peculiarities of the changes in hemopoiesis in animals at cellular and molecular levels at different forms of autoimuine diseases (AIDs) to optimize their treatment with fetoplacental complex cryopreserved products (FCCP). At adjuvant arthritis (AA), experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) and genetically determined breast oncopathology in different extent there is changed the state of not only of hemopoiesis in the whole, but also the compartment of hemopoietic elements of various level of commitment, comprising it. There have been shown the principal differences of initial functional status of hemopoietic progenitors of healthy donors and with autoimmune diseases as well as its change under analogous cryopreservation conditions. After cryopreservation the change in expression of genes in fetal liver cells (FLCs) and isolated fraction of HSCs depending on gestation term is observed. Cryopreserved FLCs of different gestation terms cause the response of hemopoietic system when administering to the animals with AA, which was manifested in altering the phenotype signs of HSCs population and gene expression of signal proliferation and differentiation cascade. Correcting clinical effect of cryopreserved FLCs depended on a gestation term.
