The research aim was to design the culturing technique for mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) using nanocomposite coatings for increasing the treatment efficiency of "graft versus host diseases" (GVHD). Due to the contemporary research methods: cytofluorimetric and PCR analysis there were studied the structural and functional characteristics of bone marrow MSCs cultured on embeddings coated with nanocomposite materials. There was substantiated and experimentally proved the efficiency of using MSCs cultured on Al2O3 oxide nanocoating in the model of "graft versus host" reaction (GVHR), causing an acute transplantation disease. Use of MSCs grown on Al2O3 resulted in normalization of clinical indices of the recipients with GVHD and stimulation of T regulatory cells, participating in the reduction of pathology severity and as a result in the rise of survival of recipients up to 77%. The established fact of a high expression rate of ido gene in the MSCs cultured on Al2O3 confirms the implementation of their high immune modulating activity and therapeutic potential in a whole during treatment of GVHD. The findings are the grounds for using MSCs with the altered structural and functional properties under the effect of Al2O3 nanocoating to increase the effiueicny of GVHD treatment.
