An instrumental complex for investigation and application of modeling methods from data observed is constructed. Comparative investigations of modeling algorithms and their elements efficiency are carried out. Theoretical investigation of regularities in change of optimal model complexity depending on the length of data sample is executed. The working prototype of intelligent complex of tools for inductive modeling and forecasting of complex processes and systems under conditions of uncertainty and information incompleteness is developed and realized.
