A research purpose is development of theoretical aspects of problem of authentication and management the difficult technical systems in the conditions of vagueness by unclear models and adaptive algorithms. Theoretical and practical results. In the first section modern progress of the irrigated agriculture trends and results of introduction of the systems of tiny irrigation are considered at growing of vegetable cultures. Problems which arise at a failure to observe of the optimum mode of watering in the systems of tiny irrigation are certain. The necessity of development of the unclear systems of support of making a decision and unclear inspectors is grounded for the operative planning of microwatering. The problem of heterogeneity of soils is considered in the second section. Existence of problem of heterogeneity is determined by its decision of exact agriculture methods. The new construction of sprinkling machine which allows to take into account heterogeneity is offered. In the third section the synthesis of metamodel of process of forming of harvest is considered on the basis of neuron network for the use in control the system by a harvest. The questions of optimization of network and choice of function of error structure are also considered. Programmatic realization is carried out in language of C++, and for testing and comparison of results MatLab is utilized. In a fourth section the question of analysis and choice of adaptive control difficult objects is considered in the conditions of vagueness.
