On creating a catalog of Russia and Ukraine WDC information resources there are developed the new and revised some from the existing methods of data analysis, the corresponding algorithms are developed and implemented as program modules, which have properties such as scalability and interoperability. These developments in terms of algorithms for solving analytical problems constitute the analytical subsystem of a distributed directory, which contains a description of information resources, WDC of Russia and Ukraine, are available for the users, and a subsystem with the analytical modules that implement different methods of online access and the opportunity to provide free treatment to the information resources in a remote mode.
