The object of research studies: the quality of the educational process, its information and analytical support and scientific and methodological support in higher education institutions of the world, Ukraine and the National University of STS Ukraine in particular. The aim of the study is to develop a segment of the system of higher educational institution - monitoring the delivery of educational services and improve the quality of training of future specialists of tax authorities. Methods: The dialectical method of knowledge, scientific methods of a systematic approach, methods comparison, quizzes and other methods of scientific knowledge. Based on the study of legislative acts of Ukraine, the theory and practical experience in Ukraine, Europe and the world for quality of higher education: - defined strategy, methodology and basic approaches to external evaluation of quality of educational services (accreditation, certification, licensing, auditing, self-esteem, rating); - studied the global and domestic experience in external quality assessment in higher education and identified the possibility of its use in the university; - analyzed by Ukrainian and foreign experience in making ratings of universities; - a methodology for analyzing the needs of the education market (questionnaires for students, graduates, employers); - monitored the study of students' opinions about the university; - testing methods of statistical studies of demand for graduates and customer satisfaction quality of education. Results of the study introduced in the scientific-methodical complexes departmental disciplines, as reflected in the materials of the lectures, methodological developments, recommendations and tasks for the practical, independent, student labs, scientific workshops and round tables on topical issues of the department monitor the quality of educational services, as well as abstracts at scientific conferences and seminars. The results will contribute to improving the educational process, providing modern requirements for educational and scientific services and improve the quality of training of future specialists and their competitiveness.
