Research Ob''ektom is the requirements of fire safety of normative and other documents, which was examined the specialists of research center normatively legal adjusting in a period from January, 2011 for December, 2011, and also technical and project document, on building, reconstruction, major repairs, technical retooling of ob''ektiv of different patterns of ownership. A purpose of work is an improvement of legislative and normatively legal bases on questions fire safety by a grant scientifically methodical help subsections of MINISTRY of emergency measures of Ukraine, Derzhtekhnogenbezpeki of Ukraine, to establishments and organizations in relation to the analysis of legislative acts and bills of Ukraine, development of normative documents, in the field of fire safety and changes to them, and also ground of requirements of fire safety for the places of dispersal of population of evacuee. Job performances are a project of Rules of fire safety for the places of dispersal of population of evacuee.
