The aim of the work is creation of facilities for selection (measurement) and previous statistical processing of multidimensional vibration signals, joint analysis of vibration signals selected in different points of concrete mechanical systems and ground of new features for defects detection on the study of their origin. Methods of investigation - mathematical and physical modeling, methods of theory and statistics of periodically correlated random processes, computer modeling, experimental investigation on the base of created original laboratory stands. The series of transducers with identical characteristics, which are not worse when home and foreign analog, is designed and created for selection of vibration signals simultaneously in different points of mechanical systems. The structure scheme of previous processing block is created for modernized vibration and acoustic system VECTOR, which allows simultaneous selection of multidimensional and vectorial vibration signals. The selection of multidimensional and vectorial vibration signals is realized on the rotational mechanisms of created stand VMS-1, which allows us to verify developed early diagnostic methods. Developed algorithms and created software for previous statistical processing of vectorial vibration signals. The analysis of vectorial vibration signals from centrifugal machines bearings of treatment plant of "Lvivvodokanal" and balancing of their shafts are realized and on the basis of estimators of probabilistic characteristics the information features for early vibration diagnostic are founded.
