Results of studies of complex samples alloy VT22 after strengthening heat treatment, combined with the formation of oxy-nitride films during aging, showed that this treatment does not affect short-term strength and ductility of the metal, but at 10 ... 15% reduction in fatigue strength under rotating bending. There is a positive influence oxy-nitration of corrosion resistance under conditions of contact corrosion VT22 - D16 in the "acid rain" and antifriction properties of the metal surface, and additional application layer of VAP-2 enhances these characteristics (corrosion current density decreases almost an order of magnitude as the coefficient of friction on 25 ... 35%). Studies have shown positive effects of surface modification (oxy-nitration) on physico-mechanical properties (fretting resistance, wear, corrosion resistance) products of VT22 titanium alloy rods produced by the IMF developed in Nano technology, thermomechanical treatment to establish a fine-grained globular structure of metal. The proposed scheme of oxy-nitration of VT22 alloy combined with aging in a single technological cycle to ensure the balance of strength, fatigue, tribological and corrosion properties at a specified level.
