The purpose of the work is the determination of directions of improvement of financial and economic activity in the part of formalization of registration policy, optimizations of assortment and quantitative policy and determination of ways of increase of effectiveness of state support of activity of enterprises of grain productive subcomplex, taking into account the specificity of enterprise's activity . Research methods are based on the postulates of microeconomic theory, main principles of bookkeeping accounting, economic and mathematical design , comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and also graphic, calculation and monographic methods. As a result of the executed research it is got such results: the complex analysis of the operating system of organization of financial and economic activity of State Enterprise "Chortkiv industrial complex of grain products" is made, recommendations are offered as to formalization of registration policy of enterprise and optimization of assortment and quantitative policy, strategic tendencies of regulator influence of the state on the stabilization of production of enterprises of grain productive are grounded. Basic indexes are: financial and economic activity, formalization of registration policy, economic effect of the introduction of recommended directions of optimization of assortment and quantitative policy, conception of innovative and investment development of enterprise. The degree of introduction is at the level of developments. The offered methods ca will be used on enterprises of procurement and reprocessing of grain.
