It has been proved the efficiency of chlofiden and mebifon in combinations with known antitumoral remedies and target preparations. It has been investigated introduction of chlofiden and mebifon preparations into combinations of known antitumoral remedies and target preparations. It has been substantiated the expediency of introduction of combinations into oncological practice. It has been investigated the apportunity of amplification of chlofiden and mebifon preparations' antitumoral action by modulators of receptoric systems' activity (neurotransmitters, adenilate-cyclase cascades stimulators, inhibitors of phosphatidilinositid system's activity.) It has been substantiated the expediency of combine using of antitumoral preparations (chlofiden, mebifon) , modulators of activity of I and II mitogen signals transferring systems (selective adrenoreseptors' agonists, modulators of serotonin- and dopaminergic systems' activity, blocker of protein kinases C and tyrosine kinase) with known antitumoral preparations.
