The objects of research - medicinal herbs: Echinacea purpurea L., Melissa officinale L., Urtica dioica L., Morus nigra and alba L., Eleutherococcus senticosus, Aesculus hippocastanum L., Trifolium pratense L., Ginkgo biloba, Crataegus oxyacantha L. Methods: chromatographic (TLC, HPLC, HRH), UV spectrophotometry, chemical, biological (studies in vivo). To address one of the topical problems of modern pharmacy - standardization of multicomponent herbal remedies presents a new methodology for the analysis of plant mixtures based on use marker compounds. With the application of this methodology for the first time a set of analytical methods for qualitative and quantitative standards to potential and existing multi-herbal remedies these herbal components: Echinacea purpurea L., Melissa officinale L., Urtica dioica L., Morus nigra and alba L., Eleutherococcus senticosus, etc. The developed method tested on registered pharmaceutical market of Ukraine multicomponent herbal remedies.As a result of biological studies of single and multi-dried extract of Ginkgo biloba, red clover and horse chestnut is set as follows: plant extracts prolonged the time of thrombus formation in animals with hyperlipidemia caused by the introduction Tritons WR-1339 in doses of 500 mg / kg: chestnut and ginkgo respectively by 58 % and 79% and 124% in clover; In a simulated hyperlipidemia herbal extract chestnut oppressed increase lipid component of the study animals with a primary effect on triglyceride levels, clover extract - mainly reduced cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein, and ginkgo biloba - cholesterol, lipoproteins of high and low density.
