The aim of research - development of the methods of producing the organic-mineral fertilizer from local raw materials, estimation of the effectiveness of application of organic-mineral fertilizers with prolonged efficiency and microbial bio-fertilizers to agricultural crops in sustainable agriculture. Methods of research - field trail, phonological observations, biometrical measurements, plant analysis and soil testing, soil microbiological analysis, statistics. It was developed the method of organic-mineral fertilizer manufacture with local raw materials. The method includes mixing and following composting of the components such as brown coal (58-68%), vermicompost (10-20%), mineral fertilizers: phosphate (phosphate rock mined in Ukraine - 15%), nitrogen (ammonium carbonate - 5%), basic slug (2%) and microbian cultures based on Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas sinuosa (until 1%). The results of field trail stated the high efficiency of manufactured fertilizer on different crops. The results may be used in agriculture.
