The main impurities and ways of there entrance into the carbon composites were determined. The main methods of the carbon materials' purification were analyzed, the most promising methods taking into account the exist technological base of the NSC KIPT were chosen. Experimental results on determining of the efficiency of the high temperature vacuum purification processed for the carbon materials are presented. The influence of the duration and temperature of the purification to the impurities content in the carbon composite materials is determined. The efficiency of the thermal-vacuum purification for carbon powder materials is shown. It is shown the viability of the pure carbon materials creation by hydrocarbon (natural gas) pyrolysis.
