Optimal parameters for ceramic samples of ZrO2, which have high density 6,00-6,07 g/cm3 and rational phase composition, typical for transformational reinforced ceramics, are carried out. Optimal parameters for high dense samples HfB2 are made. X-ray study obtained samples showed only the formation of composition with a hexagonal structure HfB2. Optimal parameters for high dense samples of B4C are carried out.. X-ray studies of samples showed the presence of the corresponding structure. Based on the results batch of ceramic samples for further researches of physical and mechanical properties is made.
