Influence on the form of spectrums of conditions of NC synthesis and formation of a shell of another semiconductor is analysed. The temperature dependenceof the phonon spectrum have not found cardinal changes in the form of strips, their half-width or an an intensity ratio of the bands of different orders which serves as a measure of the strength of the electron-phonon interaction . The obtained data of non-stationary PL has found a spectral dependence of PL lifetime , namely - growth of lifetime with increase of the PL wavelength of registration which can display a dispersion of energy states which take part in radiative recombination. Study of dependence temperature of PL spectra of ultrasmall NC have not found cardinal changes in the form of band or their half-width that differs from behaviour known both for excitonic PL and for defect PL investigated earlier on other kinds of NCs.
