It is shown that the variation of a nominal thickness of the deposited gold, temperature and time of the following annealing allows to adjust a band maximum of the plasmon absorption in a resonance with exciting laser light. Correlation between the shape of the nanoislands and their plasmon maxima is established. It is shown that depending on a nominal thickness of the deposited gold on preliminarily created by the the hologramme technique nanoislands forms gold covers of different thickness, that is due to the influence of mechanical strains in gold shallow layers. It is found that the made SERS-substrates have stable morphological and optical characteristics at their conservation on air within several months. Research of an enhancement effect of signal SERS of rhodamine R6G and amixin depending on morphological and optical parametres наноструктур gold is conducted. It is shown that enhancement degree of Raman scatterings on the made substrates depends on kind of organic moleculas which are investigated. Off-resonant Raman spectra of CdS quantum points, deposited on made plasmonic substrates are obtained.
