We calculated the magnetic and the interatomic interaction parameters for the alloy NixCu(1-x) by the ab-initio FLAPW. We received a general condition for the existence of an additional separation region in the phase diagram. In the mean-field approximation in the Heisenberg model for magnetic-diluted spacer, we investigated a influence of the buffer layer on the Curie temperature and the temperature dependence of the spontaneous magnetization of the spacer. We established the optimum composition (Cu50Ni50) and the size of the buffer layer (4-6 atomic monolayers). The introduction of such a buffer layer leads to a abrupt ferromagnetic phase transition.
