It was found that due to the strong exchange coupling of transition (TM) and rare-earth metal (REM) layers of multilayered films the ferromagnetic ordering temperature rises and magnetic moments enhance compared to those of transition metal films. At the room temperature in the thin layer of Gd induced magnetization occurs. The optimal thicknesses of REM and TM layers with high magnetization and high Curie temperatures were determined. Ultrahigh vacuum (10-10 Тоr) electron-beam technique of the evaporation of the multilayered nanostructured REM/TM thin films and precise control of the evaporation process (the layer thicknesses and the rates of evaporation) was improved. Multilayered films FeNi/Gd, FeCo/Gd, Co/Gd of the wide thickness range were obtained. Product Description popup.authors Бондарь Є.А. Бондарькова Г.В. Духота Л.І.
