Based on the obtained results the effect of martensitic transformation on the optical and transport properties of Cu-MnAl alloy was also investigated. Additionally, the first attempts of fabrication and investigation of the Co2CrFeAl Heusler alloy films as potetial spin-injectors for spintronic devices, were also made. The crystallization of amorphous Cu2MnAl films causes the increase in alloy resistivity by about 40%, while alloy decomposition on Cu3Mn2Al, Al6Mn and/or Cu4Al phases increases the resistivity. It was also shown that atomic disorder leads to significant reduction of magnetization and magneto-optical response of alloy. Cu2MnAl alloy in amorphous state is Pauli paramagnet down to 5K. Transition from austenite to martensite phase in Cu0.717Mn0.049Al0.234 alloy is accopmpanied with increase in alloy resistivity and changes of the optical properties in the intraband absorption region/ It was shown that increase in alloy resistivity is caused by decrease in plasma and increase in relazation frequences of free charge carriers in martensitic state. According to the resuults of first principle calculations Co2Cr0.5Fe0.5Al alloy is ferromagnet with spin polarization degree at the Fermi level of 99.95%. The films of Co2Cr0.5Fe0.5Al have been fabricated by using flash-evaporation techique. They have rather big Curie temperature, hawever their composition is somewhat differs from bulk alloy.
