Aim: to improve the prevention of bronchial asthma (BA) exacerbations on basis of determining the role of the colonization of bacteria and fungal respiratory tract of patients with this disease. Methods: the general clinical, functional, microbiological, cytological, immunological, statistical. Was found that during exacerbation of BA in 85% patients pathogen mycroflora were growing in nasal cavity, in 78,2% - in pharynx, in 80,7% - in sputum. During remission period pathogen mycroflora were growing from nasal cavity - in 79,2% patients, from pharynx - in 66,6%, from sputum - in 80,7% of patients. Administration of inhalation corticosteroids for treatment BA was causing to increase of growth of pathogen mycroflora in upper respiratory tract, with combination of Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus from 39,8 % to 64,2 %, Staphylococcus aureus from 15,8 % to 20,3 %, uppear patients with isolates of Candida albicans to 12,5 %.
