Yanovsky popup.description2 With the aim to optimise schemes of diagnostic and treatment of viral acute attack of bronchial asthma (VA BA) were checked-up 65 patients with VA BA, 26 viral and 14 bacterial straines. Established was that 48,1 % of VA BA were induced by viral cause and 21,5 % by bacteral pathogens. Most common etiological role were rhinoviruses (in 65.4% of cases) and influenza viruses (11.5% of cases). Algorithm of diagnostic of VA BA was proposed.
