The effect of initial architecture of branched macromolecules on their intramolecular structure amd behavior in solution were studied. It was shown that these copolymers correspond the theoretical model of spherical brushes with different size of dextran core and polyacrylamice corona. It was established that copoilymers D-PAA have more compact structure in wather solution in comparison with linear PAA. It was shown that the distance between grafts determines the conformation of grafted chains. It was established that intramolecular structure of branched polymers effects the degree of their conversion to anionic derivatives of copolymers D-PAA.
