On this basis 22 new fluorescent dyes were synthesized, their chemical structure was proved, and fluorescent properties were studied. The most prospective dyes were found for the following application in sensing the protein-DNA and DNA-DNA interactions. Conditions for ribosylation of quinolone were investigated. Two new nucleosides on the basis of quinolone were synthesized and their structure were proved.
