Full certification of nanosize powders has been carried out by laser granulometry, electron microscopy, BET, XRD: particle size of 10-30 nm, speciific surface area of 23-24 m2/g and sphericl particle shape were defined. Deagglomeration regimes for agglomerated as-prepared powders have been worked out using vaious surfactants and binder - polyvinylbuteral. Best regimes of deagglomeration allowed obtaining stable suspensions, cast tapes or films for multilayer ceramic capacitors. The method for electric conductive pastes based on mixture Ni-NiO has been developed on laboratory scale. The technology of screen printing of electrodes over ceramic tapes has been developed as well. The analysis of existing patent solutions concerning manufacturing MLCC has been done.
