Purpose - harmonization of Ukrainian legislation to European standards, regulating the procedure for selection of poultry production and examination of samples of these products for microbiological indicators, which will guarantee the safety of poultry products, controlled by the state veterinary service for consumers, improved methods of monitoring studies of residues of veterinary drugs and contaminants in live animals and raw materials of animal origin. Research methods - analytical (analysis of the state monitoring plan - study the list of matrices, the maximum allowable levels and the number of samples to be tested for the residual amount), statistics (mean estimates of statistics of numerical experimental data, determine the level of probability of the results), bacteriological, chemical and toxicological (LC-MS - liquid chromatography method with mass spectrometric detector; LC-MS/MS - liquid chromatography method with dual mass spectrometric detector, enzyme immunoassay - ELISA, ELISA). Research results will be introduced in the veterinary legislation of Ukraine on the implementation of state veterinary control of safety of poultry products and livestock, controlled by the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine.
