A purpose of work is harmonization of legislation of Ukraine to the international requirements, including to European, in the direction of introduction of the extended veterinary and sanitary checking system after the program of sampling test of forages and extended veterinary and sanitary control after the program of sampling test of untilled food products of animal origin, which will guarantee safety of food of animal origin stuffs, under control of government service of veterinary medicine, for users. Research method - analytical. Providing of population the safe and useful food products of animal origin, under control of veterinary service, and also establishment of reliable control after quality of forages for feeding of animals by the leadthrough of laboratory researches at all stages of production, processing and consumption of products of animal origin is one of major problems of state value. To attain this purpose the reliable checking of food products and forages system must function, the special role in which is played by laboratory researches which are executed independent state laboratories in obedience to the set periodicity. Claim of principles of organization of the periodic extended of veterinary and sanitary control of food products and forages in accordance with international requirements will help to provide reliable defence of health of people and animals, fix principles of market institutes and promote possibility of the Ukrainian economy to maintain competition pressure in the conditions of globalization of world economy. The results of SRW will be inculcated in the legislation of Ukraine in relation to realization of state veterinary and sanitary control of safety of products and forages, under control of government service of veterinary medicine. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object are introduction of the effective checking of indexes of safety system for the products of animal origin and forages, which are left on territory of country, and also domestic production, providing of users, increase of competitiveness of products of animal origin and forages of the Ukrainian production and output safe and high-quality food stuffs them to the oversea markets.
