Are determined of experimental regularity change of acoustic emission parameters at friction with allowance for operatings of external factors. Is established, that on an incipient state of originating scoring there is a discontinuous ascending of acoustic radiation parameters, of regularity change which one are described by exponential functions. Is determined, that connection between load on a pair of friction and average level of acoustic emission signal amplitude are described by a symmetric function, average level of power, its standard deviation and dispersion - by exponential functions, and connection between weight general wearing of members and mean level of acoustic emission signal power and its dispersion are described by exponential function. Thus the exponents fuctors depend on the physical-mechanical properties of friction surfaces. The programs and techniques of diagnostic of clusters of friction are designed, which one are directed on definition the incipient state of originating jamming of unit friction, definition of load, which one is tested with a unit of friction in the proces of its activity, and the definitions of weight general wearing of members, methodology of complex diagnostic and state estimations of clusters of friction, which one can be used at monitoring and fore prediction of their characteristics.
