Object of research - mosquitoes, ticks ixodes, small mammals, human serum, strains arbovires, shape number 357-u. We used methods: virological, microbiological, immuno-serological, epidemiological and zooparazotological. We first identified of parasitic elements, deciphered the spread of pathogens and their circulation in biocenoses of Western Ukraine. We first findings from clinical and epidemiological features of tick-borne infections, which can increase the level of detection, reliability, differential diagnosis and treatment: proven heterogeneity of populations strains of TBE and B.burgdorferi s.l., which explains the polymorphism of clinical presentation and course of these infections in the population of Ukraine; the basic clinical forms TBE, West Nile fever, LB in population, scientifically proven pattern of existence in the territory of Western Ukraine. Population centers combined LB, TBE and HGA and morbidity in people, who have these infections, established the basic laws of modern epidemic process with TBE and LB, key factors and forces at risk. We selected domestic strains of the virus-producers TBE to produce immunological and diagnostic products. To optimize surveillance of LB developed a number of scientific-methodical documents for implementation of the work of health care. We created a fundamentally new technology of freeze drying of diagnostic products and virus's suspension viruses TBE and WN for their long-term storage, the first time in Ukraine. The our obtained results are an integral part of surveillance of dangerous infections are important in anti-epidemic system of protection against infectious diseases in Ukraine.
