Determined the most likely factors that affect the reactivation of tuberculous process - a direct and strong correlation between the average occurrence of relapse tuberculosis and epidemiological, social and biomedical factors, including condition of the patient's nervous system and the level of awareness on the prevention of tuberculosis. The basic reason that reduce the efficiency of inpatient phase of treatment: termination bacterioexcretion achieved in 53.3%, cavity closure - in 20.9% of patients. For the first time on the basis of the detected changes in the immune defense system and metabolic processes, peculiarities of specific relapse process developed new technology for treatment using the methods of ozone-laser therapy in the intensive phase of standardized chemotherapy. That can reverse the changes in reactivity and to improve the treatment and increase the frequency bacterioexcretion termination in patients with infiltrative and disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis by 14.6% and 24.3%, respectively; cavity closure - by 55.9% and 18.5 %, respectively. The developed method is proposed for use in TB facilities. Developed a system of gradual correction of psychoemotional disorders in patients with tuberculosis and the algorithm of medical and sanitary measures to prevent relapse of tuberculosis. Developed a draft order of Ministry of public health of Ukraine, guidelines, patent, information letter. Defended two theses, one at the implementation stage.
