Results - current bibliographic databases in 2011 (electronic catalogues of all types of non-periodicals, new editions - every decade, all types of chronicles); aggregate bibliographic databases actualized by information for 2011; thematic bibliographic databases for 2011 on: European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, functioning of official language in Ukraine, regional languages and languages of minorities, publications on Republic of Belarus; non-periodicals card catalogues, added by information in 2011; analytical reviews "Book Chronicle in the structure of the information support of society", "Trends of scientific potential of Ukraine: based on the abstracts dissertations thesis databases materials", "Cartographic products of Ukraine: state bibliographic resources"; "Chronicle of the magazine articles as bibliographic information source for publications from periodic and continued editions"; "Improvement of card catalogues system of the Book Chamber of Ukraine for the users effective support"; actualized list of the newspapers which materials will form database "Chronicle of the newspaper articles" in 2011; list of the non-standardized abbreviations of words and combinations of words in bibliographic records; actualized by the amendments and supplements to UDC for 2008 and 2009 classification table "Location of bibliographic records in bibliographic pointers on the basis of Universal Decimal Classification"; methodical recommendations on the rules of bibliographic description of collections having no common name; annual report on SRR completing. Scientific novelty: it is for the first time in Ukraine that the databases of state bibliography are created following 2010-2011; thematic databases are formed for 2011; aggregate bibliographic databases are actualized by the current bibliographic information; above mentioned analytical reviews and methodical recommendations are developed; UDC tables are actualized. There is no analogue to this study. The SRR results are intended for the use by the state organs of power, libraries, higher educational establishments, publishing houses, scientific, information structures of Ukraine, foreign neighbors, in particular, by the National Book Chamber of Belarus, other users of information.
