Research object - document flow of books and brochures, magazines, periodic and continued collections of Ukraine in 2004-2010. Research purpose - providing of society with the complete systematized information on bibliology issues based on analysis of books, periodic and continued editions in 2004-2010. Research methods - bibliographic detection, selection, grouping, systematization, bibliometric and statistical analysis. Results - bibliographic databases of book editions, newspaper and magazine articles and articles in periodic collections concerning bibliology in 2004-2010; analytical reviews "Bibliometric and statistical analysis of magazines in 2004-2010 concerning bibliology", "Bibliometric analysis of newspaper publications in 2004-2010 concerning bibliology"; "Bibliometric analysis of publications concerning bibliology in magazines and periodic collections in 2004-2010", annual report on Scientific Research Report (SRR) completing. Analysis of editions and publications in mass-media concerning bibliology for the period of 2004-2010 using bibliometric methods is conducted for the first time, that gives the proof of SRR scientific novelty. The SRR results are intended for the use by state power authorities to determine the directions of state policy on publishing business, publishing houses, publishing organizations, mass-media, libraries, information centers, scientific and educational establishments and others in the practical work.
