We have numerically studied of H-type modes of the resonator in the form of limacone, as well as E-type modes in circular cavities which are simulate of the THz lasers based on the spin-flip effect. Using the previously constructed three-dimensional model of the optical field in the presence of a thin dielectric disk, we have studied the spontaneous emission in the presence of the microcavity, in the case of the electric dipole is located near the edge of the disk. We have performed modeling of nonstationary optical fields in spherical dielectric microcavity whose permeability suddenly changes. We have shown that whispering gallery modes are preserved under this change but get a new frequency as well as partially transformed into other whispering gallery modes. We have studied the resonant optical fields which arise in the scattering of light waves on single silver nanoribbons and finite lattices of circular silver nanowires for which the most interesting is the lattice resonance with extremely high quality factor.
