The objective of the work is to develop new methods and to advance remote sensing equipment and equipment for noncontact controlling the environment parameters. The regularities of the processes of radiation, propagation, diffraction and the reception of non-stationary and sinusoidal electromagnetic waves are investigated. Theory, methods and computer programs for optimal extraction of information signals and objects identification are developed. Parts of prototypes of radar system are created. Results of research are embedded into active and passive radiointroscopy system of different object and environments.
