Aim of investigation: to study clinical features and neurobiological mechanisms in the different types of MS tendency in the persons of different sex. Methods of investigation: questionnaire method, clinical, neurological,psychologic, immunologic, electrophysiologic, biochemical, statistical methods. Results of investigation: on the base of clinical analysis structure - functional organization of different types of MS tendency were determined the risk factors of favourable and unfavourable prognosis with gender features. The analysis of the gender correction between inflamatory markers and neurodegenerative processes showed the person's emotion in such types of tendency.
