Aim of investigation. to study the mechanisms of formation the psychopathologic disorders in the acute psychic state in the patients with alcohol dependence in different forms of alcohol abuse and to eleborate the methods of prophylaxis and dynamics correction of psychopathological disorders in accordance with the results of investigation. Methods of investigation: clinical, clinico-psychopathological, clinico-laboratory, method of quantum scales, CT of brain, method of mathematical statistic. Results of investigation: to study clinical peculiarities the state of alcohol abolishing with the delirium of different periods regular alcohol abuse before hospitalization. It was proved that the form of drink abusing in the persons with alcohol dependence had the influence on forming some neurological manifestations in the patients at the period of acute psychotic state connecting the alcohol abolition.
