Aim of investigation: the aim of complex investigation is to carry out the monitoring perfect and imperfect suicide, to reveal more unprotected the various strata of society from suicides, treatment and prophylaxis of suicidal behavior among psychic patients.Method of investigation: clinicopsychopathological, psychodiagnostic, psychometrical, Cunga scale for selfappraise depression, coloured Zuyshera test, statistical test. Results of investigation: it was carried out the statistical analysis of perfect and imperfect suicidal attemps which were made by the inhabitants of Kharkov city and selected such persons who appealed to the town psychiatric service for aid.
