Aim of investigation: to analyse the modern world methods of treatment depressive disorders and to eleborate national standards for their adoption in working practice of the treatment and prophylactic departments of Ukraine. Methods of investigation: investigated the peculiarities of standarts of giving the psychic health to the patients with depressive disorders ( F32 - F33 ) that accepted in Ukraine, Europe, USA, Canada of such principles of medicamental and non-medicamental treatments, the peculiarities of organization the patients' help. It was revealed the features of normative documents and principles of therapy. Investigated the possibilities of useing the leading native land and the world experience the treatment the depressive disorders and help organization in the work practice of departments of psychiatric health service in Ukraine.
