The purpose of work is the scientific ground of new criteria of estimation of the functional state of skin at hygienical researches of safety and specific action of chemical preparations. Research methods are analytically-informative, classic toxicological, tevametrya, korneometrya, kutometrya, sebumetrya. It is suggested to apply the instrumental quantitative methods of estimation of the functional state of skin of tevametrya and korneometrya for estimation of irritating effect of cosmetic facilities. 5 procedures of implementation of experiments for estimation of change of coefficients of korneometrya are developed in work, tevametryf separately and in complex hygienical researches of different assortment groups of clearing cosmetic facilities and cosmetic facilities of the protracted contact with a skin. The range of norm of index of trans epіdermal water loss of water (TEWL) and coefficient of korneometryа for the skin of forearm untilled by facilities is set (range of vibrations of the TEWL coefficient in scopes from 3,5 - to 11,3 г/год·м2, coefficient of korneometrya - from 18 - to 50 conditional units depending on the type of skin of volonterеs). Developed procedure of simultaneous estimation of safety and specific action of cosmetic facilities for the protracted contact with a skin at application of tevametrya and korenometrya. It is set that sebumetrya and kutometrya are not the informing quantitative methods of estimation of the functional state of skin at application of the offered procedures of conducting of experiment.
