It is also developed the methods for effective analytical and the numerical solving of the problems with the help of discrete models. The row of the applied problems on designing and using of metal-working tool with numerical program control is solved. Increasing of machine structure stiffness and using the modern methods of the design of controlling programs have allowed to increase greatly the machine speed and accuracy of the processing product. On the base of built discrete model of water wheel is perform the investigation of the own frequencies and mode shapes of the specified system and methods of the autocontrol of water turbine vibrations are developed.
