An aim of the work is to develop the models of deformation physically nonlinear cylindrical growed bodies under thermomechanical loading with accounting an influence of microstructure on physical properties of materials. Theoretical investigations were carried out on the base of Bodner-Partom thermomechanical unified theory of plastic flow and the theory of growing bodies. Iterative and time step methods as well as finite element method were used for numerical modeling. Mathematical model of flow with depending from phase composition parameters was developed. The properties of steel 35HМА (Russian) were defined. New problems about growing cylinder and following thermomechanical loading with accounting of phase composition dependence of material properties were solved.
