The purpose of work - to develop and investigate new assortment socially-oriented polymer fibrous materials with use of nano-particle. Methods - at studying the modified textile materials have been used both the standardized techniques, and original methods of investigation. Samples of experimental synthetic fibers, knitted and nonwoven fabrics have been made on laboratory equipment of KNUTD (laboratory extruder, the equipment for formation of synthetic fibers, stands for thermo-orientation drawing of fibers and reception of the sewing and combined fibers and threads, experimental installation for reception of nonwoven НВ-1). Experimental samples of knitted and nonwoven fabrics are made on the operating industrial equipment, a nonwoven material on installation of firm BEFAMA-3, Poland, artificial fur by the knitting machine of firm MAYER, 10 kl. Nano-preparations Ag, Cu, Fe were received on the equipment of departments: Thermo-mass processes, Electrochemical power and chemistry КNUTD (an electroarc method and a method of thermal vacuum dispersions) and in Institute of super hard materials Аcademy of science V.M.Bakulja, by plasma method. Microbiological investigation are provided in laboratories of Ukrainian State Institute "Resources". The basic results of work. Methods of reception of modifying nano-preparation in different dispersive liquids are developed and their properties are investigate. The technology of thermoplastic the polymer compositions modified by nano-structured preparations of metals (Ag, Cu, Fe) on laboratory extruders is developed and features of fiber-forming polymers modited nano-material are studied. Experimental samples of nano-modified synthetic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene), and also the combined threads, knitted fabrics, nonwoven materials and artificial fur with use nanomodified components are made. The complex of properties of nanomodified fibrous samples is investigated. Nano-modified samples have satisfactory physic-mechanical parameters and high antimicrobic activity. Novelty - is creating of original technology of thermoplastic nano-structured polymer compositions. For the first time the polymer granulated compositions were received by method of introduction in structure of polypropylene and polythene the nano-components. It mades possibility for reception of thermostable nonwoven materials, glutinous knitted gaskets-fabrics, also threads of surgical purpose, a bands, compressing products and so on. Efficiency of implementation - after industrial implementation of nanomodified polymer composites and fibers can be solved a question of manufacturing of a wide spectrum of innovative household materials, medical and other with antimicrobic properties. Area of application 1. Manufacturing of knitted products (a stocking, compressive products, artificial fur) ar possible on the modern knitting equipment with use in structure of fabrics natural fibres (flax, a hemp) both modified nano-particles. 2. Manufacturing of sewing polypropylene threads, nanomodified by silver. 3. Manufacturing of composite nonwoven materials with use of natural fibres (flax, a hemp) and PP and the low-melting PE fibres nano-modified of metals (in the ratio 70:30 %). Application fields - warming elements for clothes, fillings for pillows instead of a synthetic syntapon, an insoles for footwear, mattresses for medical application, soft coverings for furniture branch, seats for cars. 4. Artificial fur with use in a ground or pile up to 10-30 % nanomodified polypropylene and polyethylene fibres and threads, 40 % of a wool and 30-50 %-flax, a (hemp). 5. Dressings - a bands, bandages, napkins and so on with use of nano-modified fibres.
