The object of research is agro-industrial and agricultural enterprises of agricultural complex of Ukraine. The object of study is a set of processes of pricing and price regulation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, price policy in agriculture and processing industries. In the course of research was conducted using the following methods: monographic method, statistical and economic, structural and functional, system analysis, peer reviews, economic modeling, functional system, abstract and logical. The main results are as follows: an assessment of compliance pricing mechanism in agriculture under WTO standards, developed mechanisms to stabilize prices in the market, disclosed principles: the promotion offers, balancing the formation of equilibrium prices, increasing liquidity in the market of agricultural products, the separation of commodity and financial resources between market participants; defined criteria for the formation of basic market prices and creating a competitive environment through the development of commodity exchange market analysis of analytical and regulatory support to improve agricultural lending and investment companies; methodological provisions for the improvement of agricultural pricing in Ukraine by identifying sources and factors of formation, criterial dependence directions and stages of distribution prices; grounded methodological basis for improving pricing processes using adaptive form factor models, proposed methodology and methodological basis for optimizing the structure of pricing policy designed to stimulate supply price leverage and increase liquidity in the agricultural and agro-industrial complex, improved mechanisms for balancing prices for agricultural produce; sound methodological framework of price analysis and forecasting of agricultural economics; developed a promising strategy for highly efficient use of production potential of agricultural and processing areas of agriculture on the basis of improving pricing and strategic directions and resource potential in the field of agriculture.
