Methods: dosimetric (instrumental and numerical evaluation methods), radiochemical. Results:WBC-measurements in Rivne oblast revealed high levels of incorporated 137Cs in inhabitants from settlements of Rokitno region, both adults and children. The average content of incorporated 137Cs for the adults from Vezhitsya village is 15 kBq in May and 20 kBq in September, and for adults from Stare Selo village is 13 kBq both in May and September. September's maximum registered content of incorporated 137Cs in residents from Vezhitsya village is 120 kBq It forms internal irradiation annual dose of 2.7 mSv·year-1. May's maximum one in residents from Stare Selo village is 70 kBq that forms annual dose of 1.5 mSv·year-1 . In the Autumn in Vezhitsya village the number of persons whose incorporated 137Cs content is over allowable level of 1.0 mSv·year-1 became 4 times the Spring one and composes 8.7% (1.7% children), and in Stare Selo village these excess is 3 times and composes 1.7% (0.8% children). Advanced analysis of internal irradiation doses forming for different inhabitants groups proved the specific activity of incorporated 137Cs in children is 1.2 - 1.3 times lower then in adults in supervised settlements. It can be explained by more careful foodstuff selection for child's meal; Activity of 137Cs in men is 1.3 - 1.6 times women, that is caused firstly the fact the man have more muscle tissue then women, and secondary, men are more free in a diet choice. Urine radiochemical analysis revealed the significant value of 137Cs content in urine of inhabitants from supervised settlements both in May and in September of 2011. There is a correlation between individual levels of incorporated 137Cs content founded by WBC research and urine analysis data for the all inspected patients. It's especially seen for persons whose age is more than 30. In the meantime 90Sr content level in urine is very low, close by sensibility level that is due to West trace fall-outs peculiarities, which is "poor" in 90Sr. Milk samples collected in May show the 137Cs content is much more the allowable level (2-9 times) that determined in Hygiene reference book 6.6. 1. 1-130-2006. in contrast to 90Sr, its content in milk samples is much lower then the allowable level (~102 times). In September the 137Cs content in milk samples is lower (2-5 times), that is probably can be explained by haying peculiarities and 137Cs concentration in hay. In dried mushrooms samples the 137Cs content exceeds allowable level up to several tens times, and their even small consumption leads to high levels internal irradiation in inhabitants from supervised settlements. It was established the main part of internal irradiation dose is forming by subsistence farming product consumption - firstly by milk and forest products, such as berries and mushrooms.
