Goal - producing of biotechnological approach for hop (Humulus lupulus L.) varieties identification by SSR for Ukrainian testing system development using the main Ukrainian hop varieties. Methods - methods of molecular biology (polymerase chain reaction, SSR-PCR, analysis of DNA fragments), bioinformatics, and analysis of hop DNA markers databases, statistic analysis. Results - the own universal SSR-PCR system for identification of hop varieties was development. The system was improved by multiplex (triplex) reaction. Polymorphic loci were identified. Novelty - genotyping of domestically produced hop cultivars. Field of usage - brewing, agricultural sector.
