The purpose of research - to develop a scientific and reasonable proposals to improve the pricing system for agricultural products under WTO and overcome the financial crisis. Methods: dialectical method of knowledge and fundamental position of economic theory, the laws of supply and demand, cost and marginal utility, and others. It also used the following methods: bibliographic, abstract and logical, economic statistics, balance sheet, cash and constructive, groupings, index numbers, graphics and more. Generalized theoretical and methodological foundations of improving pricing for agricultural products and its applications in financial crisis. Analyzed the relationship of cost, quality and price of specific products and purchasing power in modern conditions. Substantiates the theoretical foundations and principles of equivalence of barter observance of parity in agriculture and its impact on the production of main agricultural commodities. Analyzed approaches to the use of methods of state regulation of food markets and government support producers of agricultural products subject to quality and solvency of the population. The influence of state regulators (mortgage and intervention operations, minimum and maximum prices, quotas, tariffs, incentives and penalties) on the price situation on the domestic markets of agricultural products and foodstuffs. The estimation of price situation on the markets of livestock and crop production, efficiency of production, supply and demand balance in terms of WTO membership. Substantiates the degree of priority of certain pricing mechanisms based on purchasing power, product quality, changes in input prices, world market, the WTO requirements. Investigated the development of integration ties in the inter-relationship between agriculture and other sectors of the economy and their impact on prices for basic agricultural products and foodstuffs.The directions to improve the pricing system for agricultural produce of Ukraine and priority directions of state support, amounts which are not limited to the requirements of the WTO to overcome the financial crisis and its consequences.
